This box features a couple of classic Lyle’s dishes - steamed mussels with the first of the year’s wild garlic from Cornwall. And roast white asparagus with a roast and pickled walnut condiment. For the main dish, the Aylesbury duck are hung for 4 weeks to intensify the flavour and improve texture. The rich flavour works so well with the peak season Roella di Lusia radicchio and the best blood oranges of the year.
