Named for his Grandmother 'Minette', this Gamay is made in the carbonic macerated style of Beaujolais but using grapes from the slightly warmer region of Auvergne, creating a wine with flavours of blackberry, red plum and smoke. This wine is now showing a good amount of savoury development and works perfectly with the Venison and roast celeriac.
