"Supernova" is a brand new wine in the assortment of the Danjou-Banessi Domain. Initially, the wine was made by the brothers Danzhu for their own pleasure, but following the interest of modern consumers to "orange" wines, they decided to show wine to everyone. The starting material for the production of "Supernova" was Muscat Alexandria, which during the vinification process spends 2 weeks in contact with the skin, like maceration for red wines. After that, the wine is aged in barrels and bottled without filtration and clarification.
