A natural orange wine made by Guilio Armani, the esteemed winemaker by estate La Stoppa. It spends 6 months in maceration in steel tanks before spontaneously fermented with no temperature control. The long maceration period gives deep characteristics to the wine but still keeping the alcohol percentage low.
