This meal takes advantage of an interesting time of year as we have the first of spring's produce while some of the best winter ingredients are still going strong.
The arrival of wild garlic (ramson) from Cornwall is always exciting, it signals the change of seasons and we try to make sure it features somehow in every menu we write at this time of year. There are also hand dived scallops from Scotland, their natural sweetness brought out in a dish with white grapefruit and cured scallop roe.
We have also worked long and hard to include a chocolate tart recipe that works so well in the home it’ll be better than any you’ve had in a restaurant.
